Step 1
ASSESS & PREPARE
Together we review your current arrangement agreement, what the notice period is, the tenancy situation and key documents.
Step 2
TENANT COMMUNICATION & TRANSFER
We liaise with the outgoing agent, arrange transfer of tenancy documents, safety certificates and keys. Your tenant remains in place and the tenancy continues without unnecessary disruption.
Step 3
COMPLETE THE HANDOVER
Our full management is now in place. You have access to your all your property documentation through our Owner app, with alerts and statements now active and compliance fully accounted for.
